Watch it live Any of you slating harry hill is stupid. If you haven't sat in the audience then you cant talk. He does loads of tv jokes and they're hilarious and e tells jokes on set which are hilarious. Non of you can talk if you haven't seen him live! Stil the funniest show on telly Can't wait for the new series to start! Watched it since 2002 and it's been said before but it's not quite as sharp as when it was an "adult" late night show - a bit too geared towards younger viewers now (understandably as it's moved to Saturday prime time). Good, but falling behind. This show stands as one of the most popular shows on TV today, but I doubt it will remain that way. It still is full of laughs, but sometimes, repetitive characters and not at all funny jokes make this show a bore. Light Entertainment Harry Hills TV Burp is accessable by the young (my youngest is 5 and loved "Bush Push" even though we are not Eastenders viewers, teenagers (my oldest is 14 and as big a fan as me), the 25-35 age group (OK I am 38 but am NOT nearly 40) and the old (my mum loved the "Nigella Top Ten Pun Countdown" - although she would probably argue that she's not that old, but at nearly 60 I would definitely argue back).
Surely this makes it a certain winner of whatever awards (dodgy or otherwise) available for best light entertainer and light entertainment programme.
AND when I say the word CERTAIN, nothing in the "Light Entertainment" world came close to this lasy season and I am sure nothing will this season.
