J&K Plus 8 One of the better family oriented reality shows on TV. The sextuplets are adorable, as is the eldest of the twin girls, Cara. Jon Gosselin, the Dad, is an easy going, easy to relate to charismatic character who has the patience of a saint when it comes to dealing with his obsessive, compulsive, self-absorbed and indulgent wife Kate. Second eldest twin, Madelyn is a mini-version of her mother, and the most obnoxious, self-absorbed, controlling, fresh brat and both mother and daughter are in desperate need of serious psychiatric counseling before their mania's rub off on those adorable sextuplets. The show is a winner so long as the producers keep the cameras off Kate and Madelyn, both of which can get annoying with their whiney meltdowns. Jon is an excellant narrator sharing his day to day life experiences raising his brood. Kates shopping sprees, trips to the spa, the beauty parlor, and endless pedicures speaks volumes, as neighbors do her laundry, her ironing, her cleaning, and sit with the kids while Kate plans vacation after vacation, shows audiences her priorities in life.
