Phil could be my Daddy any day. Bonner2:22pm Fri 20 Jan
Kirstie & Phil are Unprofessional I can't believe how rude and unhelpful Kirstie was on the show today. If the client says they dont like it, then accept it and move on! Why can't Kirstie do her job and find what they want without being so moodie, miserable and negative, and kicking a fuss. Why is Kirstie so NEGATIVE with a clients opinions. She is very difficult and has a problem with any reason a client gives about not liking a something about the house. Phil is alot better in his attitude & behaviour but he still is clueless sometimes and doesn't understand the requirements. Both Kirstie and Phil are ignorant and don't actually understand needs which is why they find it hard. Smartie7:28pm Wed 8 Jun
No Pain I live in Australia, and enjoy the insight into life in the U.K that Kirsty and Phil present. They deal with a broad cross section of society, and budgets to match. I find them completely inoffensive and wonder why they attract such negative feedback? I like 'em! harry dc1:16am Thu 28 Apr
Where do they find them I feel sorry for the guy on tonights show stuck with that bossy cow. No, not Kirstie Allposh. No that young daughter of Thatcher. Looks like she brought back the neck scarf from her building society job! I want this carpet done immediately!! Now!
Why do people stand for little Hitlers like her bossing people around? ukathleticscoach6:17pm Fri 11 Feb
Yes I bought a house once, it was absolutely marvellous. Wonderful aspect with beautiful... Hang on, sorry, I played backgammon. Terribly sorry for that mistake, it was backgammon I played and not buying a house. Tut. Das Nut7:11pm Thu 10 Feb

Rich, Richer Property advice from propery expert Phil who's property Co went bust & Kirstie the only woman in England who still eats "supper" (and a lot of it by the looks of things) She is posher than the Queen! It's interesting to see what you can get if you do have the money though - a fit young wife for the middle aged muppet in tonights show!
Only joking - she's not that fit ukathleticscoach6:25pm Thu 25 Nov

Prices when was this show made please....the prices seem very low. Is this a re-run? a spacious 2 bed (even basement) Marylebone flat is 450k?...not in 2010! NickName8:17pm Wed 17 Mar
Troll Patrol Interesting thing is that commenting so much on somebody or two peoples outward appearance tells people a lot more about yourself than you should make public knowledge. Think about it.... (if you can) Troll Patrol8:24pm Wed 24 Feb
Oh Dear! I think you all forget this is a property program, not a pathetic excuse to have a dig at 2 presenters private lives..... It shows there is SOME light in buying property in the current recession. Perhaps educating some along the way...?! Ninj11:30pm Wed 10 Feb
Kirsty Kirsty is lovely, except she likes to refer to her parents a lot, as in 'my parents, lovely people, absolute millionaires you know'. Phil is lovely too, reminds me of the incompetent estate agents you find in any London suburb. Dansak8:35pm Wed 20 Jan
Critter How about relocating Kirstie from the Burger and Milkshake bar to a health farm?? or what4:38pm Mon 30 Nov
Preferable Phil & Kirsts show is preferable to every other "reality show" on telly. I just wish they'd expand their horizons & record a new show soon!! Tearlach1:53pm Wed 27 May
Pregnant or just Fat? Is Fattie Allsopp up the stick again, or has she just been stoking up on the doughnuts as per? It's so difficult to tell, when one is distracted by her squeaky little girl voice and ill-fitting clothes (two sizes too small) Critter8:27pm Wed 11 Mar

Every silver lining has a cloud Christ on a bicycle! There's a lot of bitterness out there! Fair enough, but choose your targets with a little more pertinence: Governments and Financial Institutions? Yes, it can be a bit galling to watch, but there are some tips to be had. And remember that happiness is far more elusive than a fat wallet might suggest....... Robsta9:38pm Wed 7 Jan
My definition is this.. If the dictionary explained words with pictures, the words 'smug' would be described using the picture above. Amazon Woman8:48pm Wed 7 Jan

Not hard Given all the people on this show have hundreds and hundreds of thousands to spend just about anyone could find a great home. So two posh talentless prats get a tv show and lord it over us plebs, just hope they don't buy a house near me. Atalanta6:22pm Wed 23 Jan
yawntasitc so syPHILis and KRUSTY are back eh? tedium and mind numbery are all in store for the lucky viewers so roll up roll up, enjoy. or not... BaHa8:32pm Wed 16 Jan
Too harsh A little unfair perhaps John. There have been many shows where the budgets are much lower - eg the 2 girls trying to get on the property ladder in London, and one with 3 boys pooling resources together, and one where they had to find somewhere to accommodate the grandparent too - all relatively small budgets. They do offer useful insights and tips on what to not get too hung up on in terms of finding somewhere that fits the need/affordabilty rather than just the pipe dream. Dodie8:12pm Wed 16 Jan
Couple of fools Who watches these clowns ? Peter6:28pm Wed 16 Jan
Watch rich people buying houses Does anyone else think that this programme is out of touch with the reality of most people's property buying experience ?
Time after time we see people with budgets hugely greater than the majority of buyers. According to the Land Registry, the average house price is £186,009 as of November '07, not that you'd guess from the people the programme directors choose to highlight. John4:58pm Wed 16 Jan
