Frustrating Storyline
Am getting increasingly annoyed with the unrealistic nature of Tanya's cancer story. The story could have easily been an accurate portrayal of the effects cancer has on a family however it seems that they have done no research into the subject at all. I am almost offended by how weak this writing is.

I really think you must think we viewers are stupid. First everyone is screened for a possible bone marrow match ,which is fruitless. Then a new baby is born (same blood line as debbie) and what do they do, do they test the baby! no way. ..pure undiluted cack. The plots are poorly conceived, repetitive and predictable. The writing is poor. The acting is terrible (shouting is not acting!) What's happened to emmerdale
Emmerdale is not the same good soap it used to be. Storyline is rubbish.get rid of new family. Have watched emmerdale for years and if it does not improve soon, will not watch any more. Where is Eric and Val? They both bring so much entertainment to emmerdale. Y

Unspeakable trash
This show has lost any trace of good acting, good story line, logical plot structure, It is bad television and really bad for the long term prospects of the BBC. It's just visual chewing gum for the lowest common denominators. Can't you do better than this BBC? Yes, you know you can.
