The One Show Matt Baker is very good he should have been given the job ahead of that 'comedian'. Anyway they got it right in the end. Gabby Logan was fine whenever she has done the show. Lip Service I have noticed that some adverse comments made about Alex Jones have been removed from this site. This were not rude or offensive, but critical of her tv presenters skills. Why is this? Are we not allowed, as licence payers,to complain about sub-standard programmes and so called celebrities? Over Exposure I agree with Sarah K. The One Show is not what it used to since Alex Jones turned up!...I noted her horror about Will Young being on the show, well I see he has also been on Alan Carr show recently and is on Rob Brydan Show later this week....must have a new record out soon, plugging it where ever he can. Watch, don't listen I have written in the past about Miss Jones and her lack of personality and the Welsh accent you could stand a spoon up in. I forced myself to watch for a few nights recently to re-assess, and I must say I think she has slightly improved. Go Alex, PLEASE GO!!!!!!!! I used to quite like the One Show but since the BBC have employed a regional Welsh presenter, I HATE IT!! I have tried and tried to watch it but everytime have to turn over. PLEASE GET RID OF HER. I have a regional accent but adapt to any situation because of my business. Alex seems to have no idea how to act or react or speak without the sing song Welsh accent. This is fine for regional programs but not the BBC.
