It is October and Alex Langlands, Peter Ginn and Ruth Goodman take on new enterprises - market gardening, egg production, raising beef cattle and food preservation - using only Edwardian tools and materials. The team members also create cider on an industrial scale, bring a bull to the farm, launch a chicken business and celebrate Halloween - early 20th-century style
