Sixteen celebrities enter the Great British Bake Off tent, with four of them battling to be crowned as Comic Relief Star Baker in each programme. Stand-ups Jo Brand and Stephen K Amos and comedy duo Lorna Watson and Ingrid Oliver are the first to compete and must prepare shortbread as their signature bake, tackle a technical challenge of custard slices and finish with a show-stopping portrait cake. Mel Giedroyc presents, with Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood resuming their roles as judges. Plus, Lorraine Pascale reports from Ghana on how the money raised really can change lives
