A car is stolen in Gloucester and then crashed by a pair of youths. Traffic officer PC Merchant and the firearms unit set out to track down the culprits, but it proves to be harder than expected. Elsewhere, PCs Hayes and Cooper help a night worker in a petrol station, after he is shockingly attacked by one of his customers
