Would be interested for you to discuss about diet and exercise for people with disabilities. I find it hard being restricted and get depressed and some times turn to food. I find the program interesting.

I don't buy it. I don't believe they don't know how much they're eating, I think they're fully aware they're being followed and what's more told what to say, where to go and just nod and smile. Just get some chavs who think its the best thing in the world to be on TV and they'll do as you say. An hour? Really? This kind of programming stopped in the early 2000s. Are we really all so dumb to not realise that eating chocolate puts on weight? Shock horror... pass the celery.
