Over-pryced.
Pierce Brosnan represents the James Bond character at its most two dimensional state, and one of Jonathon Pryce's worst ever acting roles. Truly awful.

Gets Worse
Things get worse before they get better (Craig) but this is close to the bottom. No plot, no character development, totally boring nondescript lead - total loss. Rent or buy Casino Royale or watch the Connery classics.

Bond...James Bond
Pierce Brosnan... the best Bond so far.
