If I had paid £500 to spend the night at Claridge's, I would not want to have my breakfast next to a greasy long haired bloke dressed like a tramp. I was asked to leave the Ritz, even though I was in long sleeved shirt, and cravat, because it contravened their dress code, and that is exactly as it should be. Probably saved me £75 as well.

I found this programme positively obscene!In these days of austerity (well,for some of us!)I found it sickening that some people can spend my entire years rent and twice the value of my car on a nights B&B!!

I've worked at a number of luxury hotels in London. I think it's good that for once they're showing it from the other side, of how a top London Hotel really works. Can't wait to watch!
