Kevin McCloud meets designers Beth Dadswell and Andrew Wilbourne, who have rescued a crumbling Victorian dairy in south-east London and plan to convert it into a family home, while retaining as much of the ramshackle roof, rust and crumbling brickwork as possible on a budget of £260,000. However, as they begin stripping back the old building, the true extent of its condition becomes plain, and the couple have to decide quite how much decay they are willing to live with
