Lovebirds Gabz and Pete kick off the competition in and around Nottingham by cooking the food they fell in love eating together. Guests Sushma and Gulab, who have been married for 21 years, offer amusing relationship advice accompanied by strong opinions on the food. On day two Sushma and Gulab's traditional Indian banquet goes down a storm, at least until a sweet milky pudding arrives. Finally, country-dwelling partners John and Shaun serve up a home-grown menu, but not everything is as locally sourced as they had hoped
