The thing about Lee Mack is he can give it but cannot take it. David Mitchell makes it worthwhile. His razor sharp wit is amazing.

Would I lie to you?
Would I lie to you is an extremely funny show, and anyone who doesn't appreciate Lee Mack's very sharp wit seriously lacks a sense of humour!

Last nights
was totally unfunny. David's reaction is now so predictable although which used to be the shows saving grace.

taking over
Lee Mack is not appealing enough - he can be sarcastic but cannot take it and has to have the last word. Fortunately David very cleverly outwits him.

Bring back Angus
Angus Deayton was a better presenter than anvil-jawed Rob Brydon.

Rob Brydon introduces a seasonal special of the comedy panel game. Screen hardman Ray Winstone, comic Josh Widdicombe, maths whizz Rachel Riley and actor Ricky Tomlinson join team captains David Mitchell and Lee Mack to hoodwink their opponents with a few festive fibs or facts about themselves. Does one of the contestants really apologise to their boiled egg before smashing its head in? Who apparently writes Christmas cards with their feet? And did one of the line-up really prevent their bandmate joining the Beatles?
