The team investigates why portion sizes have gradually got bigger over the years, with Kate Quilton taking hungry taxi drivers out for a steak dinner as would have been served a generation ago. Simon Rimmer campaigns to bring the doggy bag to Britain and teams up with Mish Mash restaurant in Manchester to give customers their leftovers, while trying to get to the bottom of British embarrassment over taking them home. Plus, Adam Pearson serves lunch to a group of blindfolded students to find out if it's what people see on their plates or how full they feel that dictates how much they eat. Last in the series
