An alcoholic in a bedsit, a neat clean mother caring for her disabled son in a neat warm home, a large evicted family in temporary accommodation of one room. This is not about family slums in any way. It is a random selection of unhappy social events which exist in even the most modern socialist states. It had far less impact than the benefits programme from Jaywick. I can't imagine who would give it 9 points.
