Why Andrew Neil?
This guy makes the weakest jokes possible, and repeats them ad nauseam. He belongs in the knacker's yard, and the show needs a decent presenter.

Richard Corneleus doesn't have a clue Revs & Bens back office - their own report shows low cost, high performance - going to Darwen, Yorkshire. Low cost staff no expertise - the local community will not get a good service!
