"Steven Seagal" says it all.
Like all his cheap nasty films this is another one that belongs in a shredder.

One of the better Segal killathons
Not just another film in which Mr Segal just kills lots of people. This film actually as a plot and a decent storyline. The cast of "under stars" steal the film DMX, Tom Arnold and Isaiah Washington not only support Segal they actually enhance his performance and lift it to a level he as not achieved since. The closing credits give an indication of the incredible rapport between the co stars. The film did in fact produce a sequel minus Mr Segal which tries to capture the magic a second time. Well worth watching as it as a few belly laughs ( ie anger management)thrown in for good masure which is kind of strange for a Segal filme as he usually walks around with a pained expression across his face like a martial arts expert in dire need of some imodium!
