Nick Knowles is in Loughborough to meet a family of five, whose identical twin babies have been diagnosed as having a form of dwarfism, while at the age of 41, dad Mark is recovering from aggressive bowel and liver cancer. Now they are struggling for space. Having heard of their plight, the DIY SOS team turns up to transform their home, backed up by an army of local tradespeople, with designer Gabrielle Blackman on hand to ensure they don't stray too far from her vision
