Best way to watch
I record part 1 and part 2 then watch them together. Far better as you don't lose the thread and it cuts all the adverts so only takes 90 minutes. Sorted!

Why oh why?
Split in to 2 parts? ITV must think people cannot concentrate for more than 45 minutes. An insult to the viewers.

Great Viewing
I love to watch these repeats but couldn't help but notice how old Miss Lumley was looking.

edward fox
I really enjoy this series and am disappointed that it is finishing. All the actors in this weeks episode were as excellent as always Sith the exception of Edward Fox who gave his usual one dimentional performance. He must be the most overrated English actor of all time.

Bad idea
Why split this into 2 parts? The show is now so disjointed that it's spoiled completely.

Can't Be True
Hathaway leaving - no no! They've said he's on vacation but I've read he is going for good.....tragic!

Just Great
I must agree it is much better than Morse the Misery. Lewis can be both light and dark which adds to his appeal.

A Dynamic Duo
The best drama series on TV at the moment by far. Humour, suspense and loyalty. Congratulations on the acting and everyone involved in the making of this (in my opinion) outstanding series-it has been a rare pleasure to use my brain in front of the TV, for a change, trying to guess 'who done it'. Got it right a few times! The plots are no more unbelievable and confusing than most of the adverts and reality programmes on TV at the moment! Apologies for pressing the rating 8.1 by mistake (I obviously watch too much TV) - it certainly gets my 10 any day. Thank you for the many hours of entertainment Mr. Whatley and Mr. Fox - a dynamic duo!

Whom the Gods Would Destroy A middle-aged Oxford graduate is found murdered, setting in motion an investigation that leads Lewis and Hathaway to one of the university's most senior dons, whose respectable exterior conceals a strange past. Before long a second death occurs, and it becomes apparent that both victims shared a secret - and that someone is out for revenge.
