Let's Do Christmas with Gino & Mel Episode Guide

Season 2 Episode 1
New series. Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes return to demonstrate another selection of simple and stress-free recipes for the festive menu. In the first edition, they are joined by former EastEnders actress Cheryl Fergison (Heather Trott) as Gino prepares chocolate Christmas pudding with salted caramel ice-cream and a giant seafood platter. Also on the menu are a few suggestions for party nibbles, including pea and pecorino crostini and feta and sundried tomato pinwheels

Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes are joined by former Coronation Street actress Sally Lindsay (Shelley Unwin) as Gino rustles up a last-minute Christmas cake, reveals how to use festive leftovers for a turkey and ham pie, and prepares roast goose

Season 2 Episode 3
Actor Christopher Biggins joins the duo as Gino D'Acampo makes pork Wellington and Christmas pudding souffles. The chef also demonstrates how to save time on Christmas Day by making gravy in advance, and faces another festive challenge

Season 2 Episode 4
Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes are joined by former Westlife star Shane Filan as they continue their countdown to the big day. On the menu is a roast crown of lamb with mint jelly, profiteroles with chocolate sauce, and an apricot, chilli and walnut stuffing that can be cooked and then frozen in advance of Christmas lunch

Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes are joined by singers Melanie C and Matt Cardle. They prepare a starter of fish soup, along with turkey enchiladas and two party snack recipes - marinated mozzarella balls with Parma ham and sausages glazed in a cranberry sauce

Gino D'Acampo demonstrates how to cook the best parsnips and Brussels sprouts, and joins Melanie Sykes in making roast pork with pear gravy and a black forest gateau trifle. Their guest is Strictly Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood

Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes are joined by comedian Joe Pasquale. They prepare slow roasted leg of lamb, ham hock and parsley terrine and a chocolate mousse fridge cake as alternatives for a Christmas lunch

Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes welcome Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli for the festive lunch hour, with roast rib of beef, giant Yorkshire pudding and filo mince pies on the menu. Also, etiquette expert William Hanson reveals how the royal family celebrates Christmas

Gino D'Acampo and Melanie Sykes share recipes for sticky mustard and ginger-baked ham with pineapple chutney, potted shrimps and a clementine pavlova. Plus, Oz Clarke offers advice on the best drinks to accompany each dish

British retail magnate Theo Paphitis joins hosts Melanie Sykes and Gino D'Acampo for the festive show. The former Dragons' Den entrepreneur lends his culinary skills in the kitchen, where recipes include venison with brandy and mushroom sauce and huevos rancheros, a popular Mexican breakfast dish

Aled Jones and Tom Chambers, who are currently starring in West End musical White Christmas, join the hosts in the studio, with Gino preparing a pot-roasted beef brisket and a Christmas pudding-flavoured trifle in the kitchen. Plus, Jenna Cupcakes demonstrates how to make a yuletide version of the sweet treat, with the presenters and guests putting their piping skills to the test
