Bond's not fun anymore. Bond is just another film now, it's all getting too gritty in my mind, Craig getting his private's whipped on a chair, great family viewing on a bank holiday Monday !! I am sure Roger Moor would have took one look at the script and got the hell out of there ;-)the "love" scenes are also getting near the mark, all embarrasing stuff, whatever happened to the tongue in cheek, fun side of Bond ? if you want realism and violence, just watch the news, or Eastenders, a few years ago this would be given an 18 cert. While were on the subject, the opening scenes in die another day are pretty harrowing for a young audience in my opinion. Music fan10:40am Mon 10 Oct
Leave ‘em Alone I agree. I used to watch the old Bond films when I was a child with my family, but then I grew up – both mentally and physically, and naturally stop watching them. The idea that someone can actually kill other people legally, because they have a ‘licence’ is so absurd, it’s sad. Leave the mentally immature alone to watch their children's films.
