Time some people started moving in the right direction
Couple of polar opposites there, with Sparky and Cakeman! Both pretty nonsensical. Still, not as amusing as some of the 'you may like the upcoming films' recommendations..... Yes, I can REALLY see that if you enjoyed THIS film, you would really love Iron Man, Herbie, or GI Joe....

Shame we had to move on.
This film lets people remember a time when Britain ruled the world. Any savages from these backward countries who gave us any lip or disagreed with us suddenly found they had a Maxim machine gun up thier jacksy. It's a shame we lost our empire. But we had to sacrifice it to stop the Hun and thier villanous empire building.

Time to move on
These old pre world war II films give an embarrassing glimpse into a mindset that has not really quite vanished here in Britain. When we thought Empire building around the world was doing the savages a massive favour and they should be grateful to us Brits for taking over. We only abhorred this kind of thing when other European countries like Germany did it, too. its the kind of spin that has always and will always be around but somehow we moved on thank god movie-makers now sometimes show us the powers that be can never be trusted to tell us the truth let alone act out of benevolence to any but themeselves, their families and friends and their party donors.
