The patrollers must act quickly to avert disaster when the control room spots a woman attempting to wave down passing traffic on the M6. CCTV captures a young driver crashing into the central reservation, he gets trapped in in his car and the patrollers must get there fast to help him. A man is trapped in his smoking lorry cab, which threatens to catch fire after crashing on the M5
