Coverage of day two of the WTA 1000 and ATP 1000 event, a clay-court tournament that takes place at Foro Italico in Rome, Italy, featuring matches from the first round of the women's and men's draws. None of the seeded players will be in action at this early stage of the tournament with the first round being made up of unseeded players, wild card entrants, and players to have come through the qualification rounds, who will all hope to avoid falling at the first hurdle.
