In December 2019, police are called to Brighton seafront after a hit-and-run leaves three young men lying unconscious in the road. The three men are rushed to the hospital as police descend on the city centre and close down the road as a crime scene. CSIs urgently begin to forensically harvest the scene - sampling any blood and recovering any clothing, while drones record the layout and a 3D laser scan is made of the area
