Looking Good. Have run this rae 10 times, alas these days my running is confined to jogging five times a week. A wonderful evnt in the UK sporting calendar. If you've thought about doing it, give it a go. I guarantee you it will test your mentl and physical resolve to the extremes, but thefeeling of achievement you will experience will stay with you forever. I always say that its not the race thats the dfficult part but all the hours of training you have to put in. Pity Paula wasn't running, what an inspiration she is. Andy Grahamme11:47am Sun 25 Apr
