Strictly Come Dancing Comments

My review.
It sent mamma back to the days when she was Fred Astaires first dance partner. How they danced the night away, until that hussy ginger rogers pointed out that mamma was in fact standing on a swivel captains chair covered in a long curtain.

Screaming
It doesnt matter whether it is this show or im a celebrity people think they have got to scream which i find annoying,

A JOKE
For Lauren not to be in the bottom two ,the public must have voted her in second place which I find very hard to accept.

Neil
What do you mean by "stage whispering"?

My review of strictly c..
I tuned in late (19:30) however I was keen to view this as a few parishioners at out church (St Philips church-Norbury) usually talk about it. So I would like to contribute to the conversation. I am disappointed about the stage whispering. It spoils the viewing! Though the dance performances are dazzling. It is amazing how people can dance move with movements and positioning. I think I will view it next week?!

Had to happen
Shaun had to go. Somehow seems slightly organised. Week one after the incident would have been to obvious.
Pathetic 8:39pm Sun 28 Oct

Here we go again
So tired, so dated and with lengthy, yawn inducing breaks between the action. I can't be bothered.
Sally 12:05pm Sun 28 Oct

quite good
I enjoyed Alfonso's comments. I think the standard of dancing is superb this year but I am squeamish watching AJ and his partner.

Screaming abdads
The incessant screaming when the dancers are dancing is so distracting. It's not really needed.

Good point. It makes sense. Sorry jez but I believe folk only vote once anyway with the cost of calls, time factor etc.

Andrea the singer.
After all these years they have started to applaud the singers. I don't know why. Last week Andrea murdered the song Louise Rednap was dancing to.
once more 11:26pm Sat 22 Oct

Naga
was robbed but I guess it is more about personalities than actual dancing ability. The viewers vote for entertainnent value and cannot be blamed for that.

Len Goodman?!! Very glad he's going.

Dishonest
Live show ! No way !! Dreadful way to deal with Anastacia's inability to dance off. She should have forfeit her place. So next week if you are in dance off .. Refuse to dance .. Gamble on 'viewers votes' to save you. Who audits these votes ! Of course, the BBC audits itself !

Are you sure it wasn't that insane clapping?

Hello!!
been trying to leave a comment on last nights show, with no success. I could hardly hear the names of the couples at the beginning due to background music being too loud
irritated 11:18am Sat 24 Sep

Thank goodness
Strictly is over,I like the programme but cannot stand Claudia, what else has she done on TV,she is obviously out of her comfort zone, and quite frankly hopeless. What strictly needs is two new presenters

Moron Seals
Where does the BBC find these morons who think it's great to clap and scream on command during a singers performance. To show appreciation for a performance, clap and scream if you have to, but wait until the end. It's polite and good manners which are sadly missing at the moment.
Keithybaby 8:53pm Sun 6 Dec

Claudia
I agree, I like Tess in the role and it would have added more interest and balance to have had another male presenter. I have never really been a fan of Claudia's (or of Zoe Ball!) Time for a shake up.

claudia
please will claudia stop acting stupid it is off putting .the two women do not work you need male ,female

Keep dancing 5:46pm Sat 31 Oct

Stop the clapping!!
Do the audience really have to clap, mostly out of time, like a load of moronic seals?

Disrespectful
Why must they clap over the performance of the guest singer. The wonderful Bocelli deserves better.

An amazing and moving performance and the singer was superb.

Screeching
Will someone tell Kellie Bright to stop screeching like a banshee, it is not a night out down the Queen Vic!!!
annoyed 7:45pm Sat 10 Oct

Why
Why there isn't a comment for this year show? Everyone has given up....

Strictly 2
So dumbed down - giving up on it after 8 years!
Jimbo 8:21pm Mon 1 Dec

Tonights show
Why did they start the show with Irish Dancers-on St Andrews Day?? And I think by now we have all realised 'Tonights Show' is actually recorded on Saturday night and is not in fact going out live. So should not keep referring to SATURDAY night Also how in earth is Jake Wood still in the show.
confused 7:57pm Sun 30 Nov

Terrible Tess
Tess Daley is so irritating and affected. Why does she always shout the contestants names? Plus, she always has to mention that the crowd are on their feet - so what! The programme is being dumbed down with her in charge.
Stevienod 11:06am Mon 17 Nov

incessant clapping
is worse than ever with the accoustics at Blackpool. You can even catch a trickle as the dance finishes....so irritating and off putting.
ria b 8:15pm Sat 15 Nov

agree
Zoe is trying too hard to be bizarre while Claudia is naturally.
ria b 6:29pm Sun 9 Nov

Tess isn't very good
But Zoe ball makes a complete and utter fool of herself
Mary 5:30pm Sun 9 Nov

mrs smith
I am all for having more female TV presenters but Tess is awful.
mrs smith 6:12pm Sat 18 Oct

The popcorn episode!! And would Tess stop referring to Ola as Ohla.......its irritating.
ria b 10:10am Sun 12 Oct

What a line-up!
A screaming fish-wife, a smug greencrocer, a couple more you may have heard of and a whole heap of Z-listers.

Presenters
Please can we have someone like Bradley Walsh with a bit of oomph (personality).

compare
maybe he's staying on for another knighthood. he didn't deserve the first one, only to enhance his career and line his pockets.

bf
I hope the next series is not going to be compared by bf. he is totally out of dated. his timing, well.nothing worse than a good entertainer who doesn't know when to stop.I will always remember him now sliding down the greasy pole.
