You are what you eat!

I love this show!
This programme is music to my ears! I am so delighted that finally food is shown to be a cure for so many ailments that people get. As a society we are brainwashed by adverts,TV and magazines. put In the mind set that junk food is socially ok and that popping pills at any cost is the general trend. healthy food all the way :)

Nutritional Medicine
Using food to cure disease is as old as Hippocrates. perhaps if conventional medicine took more notice of this 2000 year old message there could be an integrated approach to health and healing in the UK which would go far beyond what it is achieving now.
