This programme is an insight into how to provide the worst customer service in the world, all the main customs guys are confrontational, abusive, thick and the epitome of how to annoy people. The first time I saw this programme I thought it was a mickey take, nope, it's the real deal. Stop someone after a 10hr+ flight, who doesn't speak English as their main language - Approach with a hard Southern Irish accent then get annoyed when they don't understand you. Unbelievable
