We don't all have Sky tv
I've never seen it and the way things are going I never will as I don't have Sky or broadband. Too much hype for my liking anyway, and I'm guessing it's historically incorrect. I'll stick with repeats of Time Team on Freeview.

Can't believe it's popularity
Young and impressionable people could be influenced by the bloodthirsty including beheading content. Not good for society especially now.

The best show that has ever been aired
There's a reason this show is so popular. If you want predictability where you know how the ending goes, watch another show. Not for the faint hearted but absolutely gripping.

Best TV of 2011
Sky Atlantic's fantasy series made medieval life look sexy and dramatic. The Emmy-winning show continues to thrill and engage a loyal audience, mainly thanks to large amounts of sex and violence. That old chestnut.

In the Game of Thrones you win or you die
Where do I start? Brilliant writing, acting, casting, sets, special effects, cinematography, score and overall production values. HBO took a risk with this show to be sure, and I'm glad they did. TV needs stuff like this to push boundaries and raise the bar. If there's one criticism I can give then it is in regards to the pacing, although I am aware this is due to the nature of the adaptation. I imagine it was quite an effort to fit such a large book into 10 episodes! Oh and while I'm at it give that man Peter Dinklage an Emmy!

Good but not amazing
The acting's great but it's not the second coming like some people would lead you to believe. Takes a while for the show to heat up but once it does the ball gets rolling and you'll enjoy the ride. The story itself is deep and interesting so it makes for a great show. Certainly one of the best shows of the moment but nowhere near as good as things like The Wire, Soprano's or Battlestar Galactica. Watch it though, it's great. Still room for improvement.
