Very hard to make out the locations
Agree with comments about speaking clearly and also show the names of places as very hard to make out what presenters are saying as they speak in giggly high pitched voices and rarely ever emphasise location names.

Please please say the name places clearly and slowly or flash up on screen so that the location can be found on maps and fully noted.

Be honest with clients
In most of these shows they show properties to the maximum of peoples budgets. In Spain when you buy a property you will need approximately 15 per cent of the total asking price for solicitor, Notary fees and taxes. So a lot of people are in for a nasty shock if they buy a property at the top end or over there planned budget. This should be pointed out by the presenters.

Clueless presenters
Luke Doonan states that Guernsey is the most southerly of the Channel Islands that would be correct if Jersey wasn't -dope !

Can we please have someone presenting that actually sounds like an industry professional? As opposed to a clueless blonde blue-eyed (graduate?) who can't even speak properly.

Good Learning Program
People shouldn't moan about these repeats. They are excellent learning programs, showing how people can get carried away with their fantasies, then loose everything. Like so many did during the mad Blair created boom.

Stop repeats
These have been running for over a decade in some cases. The whole point of watching them is to have an idea of what the posibilities are NOW. So iritating, as yu don't know when recorded until the very end, when they show date exchange rate was based on. Argghhh!
