At Château Lagorce, Edward starts an ambitious project converting the massive caves under the chateau into a wine venue and event space, but his wife Anna is far from convinced that it will be worth it. Jayne and Steve reinvent their terrace with a parterre style garden. But creating its centrepiece - a new plunge pool - might have gone smoother if Steve had actually read the instructions.
