Teenager Lydia Wade manages to escape a gang of masked men trying to abduct her and her friend Rosie, the daughter of a US Navy commander. Lydia's Navy captain father David Wade was shot dead during the attack and her mother is overseas, so Ziva offers to look after the girl, while Abby tries to jog her memory by creating facial reconstructions of the attackers based on some grainy CCTV footage.
