Who is Steph Miligan in Emmerdale?<\/h2>\n

Steph is the estranged daughter of Caleb Miligan<\/a> and Ruby Fox-Miligan<\/a>. She also has a brother, Nicky, who left the Dales earlier this year<\/a> with boyfriend Suni.<\/p>\n

Steph is described as, \u201csmart, confident and completely reckless\u201d and is said to share the \u201cbest and worst parts\u201d of her parents with her \u201cnarcissistic need to win at all costs.\u201d<\/p>
