At the beginning of 2025, Emmerdale aired five mysterious flash-forwards<\/a> with no extra context. And now we\u2019re almost four months into the year, we\u2019re still waiting for many of them to happen.<\/p>

The teasers in January really hyped up a huge year for the village. And there are so many possible storylines and links that we\u2019re yet to see.<\/p>\n

From Caleb<\/a> flat-lining to Mackenzie running through the forest, what Emmerdale flash-forwards<\/a> haven\u2019t yet happened? And what are all of the theories surrounding them?<\/p>\n

This was definitely the vaguest Emmerdale flash-forward that we got. All we saw was a quick glimpse at Mackenzie<\/a> running and that was it. But it was enough to believe he was running from something \u2013 or someone.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest theories regarding this is that he was trying to get away from fan suspected serial killer John Sugden<\/a>. Many people believe that at some point Matty is going to confide in Mack about Amy\u2019s last word being \u2018Nate\u2019.\u00a0 Which will then lead to Mack finding out the truth \u2013 and immediately putting him in danger.<\/a><\/p>
