As Caleb asks Cain for help in getting rid of Joe Tate<\/a> for good, has Cain\u2019s relationship with Joe come full circle?<\/p>

Last month, Joe managed to pull off an audacious kidney theft<\/a>. Having arranged for Caleb to be stabbed, he then hired a private surgeon to perform an illegal kidney transplant.<\/p>\n

Caleb woke up in hospital, knowing he was one kidney down, but with no memory over what had happened. However, his suspicions recently became aroused and in Thursday\u2019s episode he discovered the horrifying truth.<\/p>\n

Joe had an ace in his pocket though, and he informed Caleb that if he spilled the truth about the kidney, then he\u2019d tell the police about Anthony\u2019s death.<\/p>
