While Dawn may have told Billy that she pushed Joe<\/a> out of the window in Emmerdale, some fans think she is covering for someone shocking \u2013 Will.<\/p>

Last week Joe was attacked during Lydia\u2019s birthday party. There were a wide range of people at the party who had reason to attack Joe. But after Billy was taken in for questioning, Dawn panicked and gave him an alibi.<\/p>\n

In the process of doing so, it also gave her an alibi. Which it looks like she needed since she told Billy she did it. While a lot of fans suspect she is covering for someone, a new theory hints that it may be someone we all thought died.<\/p>\n

What happened to Will?<\/h2>\n

Will Taylor<\/a> died of a heart attack on Christmas Day last year, just as Joe Tate<\/a> arrived back into the village.<\/p>\n

Kim was stunned to find out that Will had been plotting to take her down alongside financial advisor Peter. In reality, Joe was working with Peter, and showed up to Home Farm and filled Kim in on what Will had been up to.<\/p>
