A new Emmerdale fan theory has suggested that Billy Fletcher<\/a> could be framed for pushing Joe Tate out of the window. Joe regained consciousness this week, after being attacked at Home Farm.<\/p>

He was in a coma for a few days, during which time the police launched an investigation into the attack. DS Desari initially arrested Billy for the crime, suspecting the wronged husband \u2013 but freed him again after Dawn provided a (false) alibi.<\/p>\n

She then revealed that she\u2019d pushed Joe in a moment of anger<\/a>, leaving Billy shocked.<\/p>\n

Joe threatened Billy<\/h2>\n

After learning that Dawn is in love with Joe<\/a>, Billy told her that he wanted full custody of the kids \u2013 and threatened to tell the police that she\u2019d been the one who pushed him.<\/p>\n

But, having none of it, Joe summoned Billy to the hospital<\/a>, where he told him that he\u2019d do everything within his power to prevent that from happening. A magnanimous decision, given she put him in hospital.<\/p>
