A new Emmerdale fan theory has predicted that Joe Tate<\/a> and Dawn Fletcher could both die, putting a shocking end to Billy Fletcher\u2019s planned custody battle. This came as Billy revealed he planned on fighting for custody of the kids \u2013 by any means necessary.<\/p>

With Joe still in hospital after being pushed out of the window, Billy told Dawn that he\u2019d be seeking custody of the kids. He went on to say that if she didn\u2019t accommodate, then he\u2019d tell the police that it was her who pushed Joe.<\/p>\n

However, Joe soon regained consciousness, coming out of his coma. Learning what Billy had planned, he summoned him to the hospital and told him he\u2019d stop at nothing<\/a> to ensure that Dawn got to keep the children.<\/p>\n
