Eric has been struggling more and more recently in Emmerdale, and some fans think only on person can help him \u2013 Val Pollard<\/a>.<\/p>

August of this year marks 10 years since Val was killed off Emmerdale in heartbreaking scenes. And despite finding love again with Brenda over the years, Eric has never been the same without her.<\/a><\/p>\n

The pair tackled numerous storylines together over the years. And now that Eric\u2019s Parkinson\u2019s is progressing, many fans wish Val was here to help him. And some think she will return from the dead to lend a hand.<\/p>\n

Emmerdale Val and Eric<\/h2>\n

Charlie Hardwick first arrived on our screens as the iconic Val way back in 2004, right up until her tragic exit during the helicopter crash in 2015.<\/p>\n

Over the years she faced an HIV diagnosis, and embarked on some affairs. But she was always loved for the drama she brought<\/a>, and for her relationship with Eric.<\/p>
