Who is Celia in Emmerdale?<\/h2>\n

Villain Celia Daniels<\/a> has been described as having a tough edge and made her first appearance on June 30.<\/p>\n

Celia manages a farm along the lane from Moira Dingle<\/a> and her first scene saw her offer Moira \u00a3500 to rent two fields from her. Moira was adamant the fields were worth more so turned down Celia\u2019s offer.<\/p>
