Nate Robinson, the son of Cain Dingle<\/a>, arrived in Emmerdale in 2019. He then departed for Shetland in 2024 but we now know Nate was killed before he could even leave the village.<\/p>

As the families gather for Nate\u2019s final farewells this week, everything that\u2019s happened in the last few months is starting to seem a bit of a blur.<\/p>\n

The early years of Nate Robinson and his arrival in Emmerdale<\/h2>\n

Nate was born on April 27 1991. His mother was Cara Robinson and his father Cain Dingle. But Cain never even knew Cara was pregnant, nor did he respond to any of her correspondence about their son \u2013 mainly because his mum, Faith Dingle<\/a>, had intercepted it. She was trying to protect them all from racist Shadrach, who would have reacted badly to Cain having a mixed-race son.<\/p>\n

Nate arrived at Butler\u2019s farm as a farmhand in 2019 after Moira hired him, not knowing who he was.<\/p>
