And then we watched as Caleb decanted wine into a different bottle, Chas chopped apples for her dessert and someone went foraging for mushrooms in the woods.<\/p>\n<p>At the meal things were rocky, with Kim flying solo against a whole offering of Dingles sniping at her. But then it started to thaw and took a more positive turn.<\/p>\n<p>However, as Kim made a toast she suddenly started choking and then she collapsed. Unconscious and clearly in a bad way, Kim was rushed to hospital by Liam and Lydia. After faking his own death, Kim discovered he was still alive, but has never reconciled with him.
