poor baby
I realise it was a long time ago but how could any mother watch their child so visibly upset in the arms of the yelling and screeching actress!

Janet Suzman
Don't see any mention of Janet Suzman, playing Dr Brewster, in the cast list. Why would that be?

More Bread, Less Circus
I like Morse. It's great spotting rising and established actors, acting out well plotted, well constructed scripts. However, it does highlight that we need a good range of home-grown, quality dramas and serials, of which there are such slim-pickings in the TV schedule. We have the actors, the places and the writers, so why don't we have the quality programming to match. This is just the time to invest in the TV schedules. With more people with less money, you have a captive audience - make the best use of that!

They've already shown this one twice this week on ITV3. Now they're showing it on ITV1? They don't seem to have a lot of programmes there at ITV. Wonder where the money's going?

The Anti - Andy
Hey The Anti - Andy. You gotta stop spanking the monkey so much and get out of your grandma's basement now and again. I'm sure social services would be glad to help and give you a place in a home for the emotionally challenged in your area. Don't let your life waste away anymore. PS. 'Aficionado' has only one 'f' you illiterate ape.

A Familiar Face
Watch episode 'Absolute Conviction' for a look at a familiar face from Prime Suspect V. DS Lewis! Thanks for the tip. Shall do!

The editing that ITV3 does to fit these 2-hour episodes into "two-hour-plus-adverts" episodes takes away the best of Morse. It's turned from a great series into an average one. Watch the DVD boxsets to see what I mean!

Too much. Almost better with Home to Roost. It gets too much. The latest trailer they have makes it all worse. I used to like this series.
