Has anyone else noticed that Sarah's projects cost almost nothing to make but always make a big profit and the experts who charge a fortune make virtually no profit, Sounds fishy to me, who does the selling

£1,200 paid by some numpty for that ragbag of a settee. It doesn't even look comfy and Sarah said it when she said she didn't want to sit on it cos she'd have to fluff up the cushions (seat and back) again. Good grief I despair at the idiots with too much dosh. One point why did the man who discarded it pocket the whole of the profit when his idea was to donate it to charity in the first place?

Watching today 9th april. Beautiful sofa and old blankets rescued. Why do people take such lovely stuff to a dump . Why not a charity shop or a homeless charity. Failing that those blankets could have went to an animal refuge. Dumps should be monitored i reckon....

I've got
an old teddy bear with one arm and one leg, no eyes, torn off ears, bald patches and half the stuffing missing. Can you turn it into a bag or maybe another bear? You could charge me a pony and sell it on for a monkey There is bound to be someone daft enough to buy it!

Money for crap
This show is the most stupid. I am a fully qualified and furniture restorer and Upholsterer. I have been awarded The C&G gold medal for Excellence. I am also a lecturer in the subject. I have watched the program many times and can't believe what crap people are getting away with. Outrageous prices which don't make sense. If I charged a customer £750 to upholster an armchair I would be out of work, let alone sell it for over £1000. It is fixed all items are also sold to the same people, really. Fix fix fixed show.

Today's show
Who would pay a few hundred pounds for 2 bar stools that were covered to make them look retro - seen similar ones go for under £50. They should disclose the breakdown costs in more detail(what about travel time, fuel). That restored chair - who would pay over £100 for 'out of popular' furniture!

BBC scraping the barrel
This is a terrible programme made on the cheap. Whilst some may say what they do is art, personally I think it's tat. Who would pay these prices? This is why people think the arts are a joke, whilst real artists spend a lot of time honing their craft to produce something beautiful and thought provoking. Wont be watching again
