Last year's 13th stage saw a 165.3km ride from Agen to Pau and was won by Belgium cyclist Jasper Philipsen, as he picked up the second of his three wins of 2024. Philipsen finished clear of fellow Belgian riders Wout van Aert and Pascal Ackermann to win the stage
