Filming birds is a stiff test of skill as their constant changes of direction make keeping them in the frame and in focus a challenge. Cameramen John Aitchison and Mark Smith reveal some of the more unlikely corners of the world where they have filmed, including a rubbish dump in Delhi and a motorway flyover near Birmingham.
