Paul and Donna snapped up the impressive Chateau de Sauge in 2018 and have been painstakingly renovating it ever since. As former construction and property consultants, they tackle most of the jobs by themselves. They want to bring British culture to France, so, as well as creating some stunning suites, they launch a British tearoom, for afternoon tea and special events
