On a freezing cold February evening in 1991, Janine was working in the red-light district and was seen climbing into a distinctive blue car. Hours later her naked and beaten corpse was discovered in a Shropshire layby. David and Emilia interview key witnesses and look for clues in Wolverhampton's red-light district - was Janine the victim of a potential serial killer?
